Dayposter reads your public Momence booking page, designs today's schedule as an Instagram story in your brand, and posts it every night, with tomorrow's right behind it. Instructors and times are shown; subs and cancellations are reflected when your booking page shows them. No exports, no screenshots, no design app.
Momence publishes your schedule on your public booking page, and that's all Dayposter needs. Paste your momence.com booking link and we read the same schedule your clients see.
If you can send someone your booking link, you can set up Dayposter.
Momence already shows your instructors' photos on your schedule. Dayposter brings them in automatically, so the story shows the people teaching that day, including designs built entirely around them. No photo on file? A clean initials mark stands in, and nothing looks broken. Add your own brand photos too; they're included.
When a class is covered and your booking page shows it, Momence knows the original instructor and the sub. Dayposter reads both and marks the story "(sub)" on its own. Right before posting, at midnight, it re-reads your schedule one more time, so a cover or a cancellation that lands late in the evening still makes it into the story when your booking page shows it. A class your booking page marks cancelled is removed every time. If the schedule changes in some other way after you've approved the preview, your setting decides: ask me first, and nothing posts until you tap OK, or post approved updates automatically, and the updated story posts on time. A day with no classes never posts at all.
From quiet and editorial to photo-led, each design is shown with your real Momence schedule already in it, in your fonts, your colors, your logo, and your people. Every design fits any day: two classes or twenty-two, nothing overflows, nothing clips.
Your own story comes back, free, before you sign up for anything.
Pick a design, confirm your colors and logo, and connect your Instagram Business account on Instagram's own screens, through the official API. Your account needs to be connected to a Facebook Page; the switch is free, and we walk you through it. Then subscribe on a Stripe checkout page.
At 8:00 pm you get the preview by email. At midnight the story goes up. The stop link is in every email.
Momence's marketing tools center on email, texts, funnels, ads, and your Instagram inbox. As of this writing, it doesn't design and publish a daily schedule story on its own. That's the gap Dayposter fills.
Your public booking page: the momence.com link your clients use to book. If you can send it to a client, it's the right one.
No. We read your public booking page, the same schedule your clients already see. There's no login, no staff seat, and no API key.
Whatever your booking page shows is what posts. Each evening at 8:00 pm you see the story first. Right before posting, we re-read your schedule and update it: new classes in, subs marked and cancellations removed when your booking page shows them. For any other change after you've approved, you choose "ask me first" or "post approved updates automatically" during setup.
An Instagram Business account connected to a Facebook Page. On a personal or creator account, or no Page yet? The switch is free, takes a few minutes in the Instagram app, and we walk you through it during setup.
